If your order has already been personalised or shipped, we are unable to make any changes, refunds or exchanges. We ask that you take extra caution and triple check the text entered.
We urge you to contact our team immediately after noticing any errors or wanting to make a change either via phone, 03 8562 6688, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, or via email, info@muveco.com.au, if your order is placed on a weekend or after hours so we can tend to this as soon as we return to the office.
