Disputing a Charge

The purpose of these fees are to compensate for the driver’s time and car expenses when riders cancel or do not show up. However, if you believe that you were wrongly charged for such fees, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When sending us a dispute, please include:
 
  • Time and date when it occured.
     
  • The name of your driver as displayed in the app.
     
  • An explaination of what occurred.
