Cancellation

You will be charged a cancellation fee if it has been more than 5 minutes since you made the booking and,

1. You have chosen either of the below cancellation reasons 
 
  • No longer required
  • Other
OR
2. Your driver has cancelled the ride by choosing the cancellation reason :
 
  • Rider not in location

You will be charged a no-show fee if:
 
  • The driver arrives at your pickup point and waits for more than 5 minutes.
     
Cancellation can be done via the app.
